Lamplight is a new quarterly horror emagazine set to launch in September. They're paying $150 for shorts of 2000 words and up. Flash of 1000 words and under are paid $50. They've set up deadlines for each issue and if September's issue is the fall issue you have until July 15 to get a story to them.
