I know that tomorrow is Memorial Day but I wanted to share this short story called "Veterans" by Kate Thornton.  It was written many years ago but the story sticks with you and reminds you that war is never easy, both for those who fight and those who stay behind.  Thank you Kate, and all of those who have served!
