Black Mask - Short Story Month Fiction

I have a link over there on the right to Black Mask's online magazine.  No, they're not open to subs and haven't updated the site since 2008 but there is a wealth of information there about the beginnings of the pulp publishing era.  More important is the twenty stories they have from some of the lesser known pulp writers that appeared in such magazines as Dime Detective, Adventure, Dime Mystery, and of course, Black Mask.  Here's a link to the fiction section, all the stories are in pdf format.  But while you're there be sure to have a look around at the history of pulp era fiction.
