Reminds me of a news story from Britain a few years ago. Police responded to a report of two men standing over a naked woman tied up on disused railroad tracks. One of the men was holding what might have been a camera. Police found nothing when they arrived. A spokesman said, in classic British understatement, "We suspect a misdirected leisure activity."
