I was pointed to a magazine called Liberty Island yesterday as a possible market.  They accept all genre stories of 1000 to 2000 words.  Payment is only by the tip jar that is posted with your story.  There is a down side as only stories accepted for the home page get tip jars.  Other stories are posted on a space called Open Range where you have to be a member of the site and there is no payment for these.  Also the home page is very slow to load.  You can find the submission details here.
