Engen Books - Contest - Anthology Call - Canadian Writers Only

Canadian publisher Engen Books has a flash fiction/photography contest open for Canadian citizens only.  They have a picture titled "Wind Up" and they want a 250 word story to match the picture.  The deadline is May 30, 2018 and payment for the winner is 10cents a word.  You can find the details here.  There's also an anthology call for "Flights From the Rock" which has a February 15, 2019 deadline and pays 1cent a word.  Also for Canadian writers only.
