Severn River Publishing - Open for Novel Submissions

Severn River Publishing is a brand new publishing house looking for novels in the thriller and mystery genres.  They're asking for a 5000 word sample of your manuscript to begin.  According to their About page (scroll down to FAQ)  they pay a royalty split but don't give specifics.  They also state that they give a small advance to previously published authors but not to new authors.  This is a new publisher with no published works as yet so be sure to check them out carefully if you decide to submit.  You can find the details here.
