Hydra Publications - Anthology Call
Hydra Publications has posted an anthology call for "Unsheathed: an Epic Anthology of Sword & Sorcery Fantasy". They want only Epic/Heroic fantasy stories of 7500 to 10,000 words. All stories must have an element of sword play or sword-related theme. The deadline is December 31, 2017 and payment is $30. You can find the details here.

For stories of the requested length, thirty bucks is a token payment.
And yet ... as somebody who's studied the subject at different levels (theoretical and practical) for 40 years, it's hard for me to resist ...
