Down and Out Books - Open for Novel Submissions

Down and Out Books opened for novel submissions today.  They're looking for novels of 60,000 to 90,000 words in the crime genres with the exception of cozies and romantic suspense.  You can find the details here.  The deadline is August 31, 2017.
