Lakeside Circus is a new zine being published by Dagan Books LLC. They have just opened for submissions to their first issue which will be published this Fall. They are seeking spec-fiction stories of flash to 1000 words and shorts to 2500 words, they're also accepting poetry. Payment is 1cent a word with a minimum payment of $10. On checking out Dagan Books I discovered that they're open to spec-fiction novellas of 17,500 to 40,000 words. Payment is royalties. You can check out Dagan Books here.
