Ellen Datlow has posted the basic guidelines for "Fearful Symmetries". She's looking for Horror stories up to 10,000 words but would prefer no longer than 7500. Payment is 7cents a word. The reading period will be May 1 to May 31. The submission information will be coming later so you can't jump the gun on the reading period. You can find the information here
