Evil Girlfriend Media is a new publisher looking for novels of 65,000 to 150,000 words in various genres.  They also have three anthology calls each paying $20 per story for shorts of 5000 to 15,000 words.  The calls all have different themes and deadlines.  They also have a work for hire call - looking for editors mostly.  You can find all the details here
