Flash Bang Mysteries - Open for Submission

I'm a little late with this one but Flash Bang Mysteries opened for submissions on January 1st.  They're looking flash crime stories of 500 to 750 words.  The deadline is January 31, 2019 and payment is $20.  You can find the details here.
