Red Sun magazine is open for submissions to their July issue. They're looking for stories of 3000 to 17,000 words in the genres of sci-fi, fantasy, and horror. Payment is $100 for stories of 3000 to 5000 words, $150 for stories of 15,000 to 17,000 words, and $300 for serializations. You can find the details here.
