Flame Tree Publishing has posted their 2017 anthology calls. Each anthology is seeking stories of 2000 to 4000 words either new or reprints. The deadline is February 28, 2017 and payment is 6cents a word. They are an approved SFWA publisher. You can find the details here. The titles and themes are:
