Swoon Reads is an interesting concept from McMillan Publishing. They're looking for Teen Romance novels to publish in the Spring of 2014. How it works is the tricky part. You upload your novel to their site then it's read and voted on by readers and the selection board. If your novel is chosen you receive a $15,000 advance and publication in both print and ebook form. You can check out the site here. Be sure to read the FAQ's page carefully. My biggest concern with this is that once your novel is on the site, you're not going to be able to submit it elsewhere except as a reprint. Just something to consider before you submit.
