Lowestoft Chronicle - Open for Submissions - Non-Paying

Lowestoft Chronicle is a non-paying market but I'm listing it because they publish genre fiction including mystery fiction.  They're currently open to submissions of short stories under 3000 words for issue #38.  They do give preference to humorous stories with an emphasis on travel.  The deadline is May 15, 2019.  You can find the details here.
