Black Cat Mystery Magazine - Guidelines Posted
Black Cat Mystery Magazine has posted their guidelines and will open for submissions on October 1 for issues #2 and #3. They're looking for all types of mystery stories of 1000 to 8000 words. The deadline is December 15, 2017 and payment is 3cents a word. You can find the details here. I will post a reminder on the opening date.
