Dark Moon Digest - New Management
Dark Moon Digest has been purchased by Perpetual Motion Machine Publishing who will continue to publish the print quarterly. This is a horror market but dark crime stories could also work here. With the new ownership payment will be 1cent a word for both flash and short stories. Submissions are through Submittable which contains the guidelines.
