Belt Magazine - Non-fiction Anthology Call

Belt Magazine has posted an anthology call titled "A 2016 Race Anthology:  Dispatches From a Segregated City".  The city in this case is Cleveland and the conversations that are taking place to address the race issues in their city.  They're looking for non-fiction of 700 to 3000 words "that push our conversation deeper".  Reprints are acceptable.  The deadline is January 10, 2016.  A stipend payment is mentioned but not an exact amount.  You can find the details here.
