In Short Publishing Company - New Market
The In Short Publishing Company is a press based in Australia but accepting submissions from around the world. They're looking for short stories of 3000 to 4500 words in any genre. Stories will be published in pocket sized chapbooks. Payment is royalties only. You can check out the details here.
