Twinstar Media has posted a call for submission for their anthology, "Tales of the Time Machine". Payment is a percentage of royalties and the deadline is October 15. There's no word count limitations that I saw. Be sure to read their "What We Want" portion of the guidelines. There's some pretty specific things they want. You can find all the details here.
