Killer Nashville's Broken Ribbons

I know that most of the crime writer's conferences have an annual anthology call so I was pretty excited to see that Killer Nashville now has an annual magazine called Broken Ribbons.  What I wasn't prepared for was finding that they charge a $3 reading fee and there's no payment.  If you're interested here's the guidelines.
