Noir Nation - News Announcement

Noir Nation is making a come back and will be opening submissions for Issue #7 by the end of the year.  If you're a subscriber to their newsletter you can start emailing your submissions of poetry and short stories to them before the formal opening.  Here's a link to their current newsletter with the announcement.  To subscribe to their newsletter go to their home page and scroll down.  There's a link to their submission guidelines at the top of the page.  They are a paying market but don't list specifics.
