Workers Write! - Open for Submissions

Workers Write! has opened submissions for issue #14, "Tales From the Cafe".  They're looking for stories of 500 to 5000 words that are set in the food industry sector.  The deadline is December 31, 2017 and payment is $5 to $50 depending on length.  You can find the details here.

My apologies:  I just noticed this morning that I said this market was Writers Write! but that's not the case, it's Workers Write!  Maybe I've just heard that writers write phrase so often that it just comes natural to write it down.

Good morning Sandra,
Just wanted to say that this might be a good chance for anyone with experience in that industry to get their story published.
One of my stories was accepted in "Tales from the Casino," and the print copy of the book looks very good.

Thanks Sandra,
I found this call in your Little Corner, as well as three other anthologies.
If I made any big money, I would have to send you an agents fee.

Congrats, Leroy!

Might be fun to write a story set in the food service business. I've got relevant experience.

Thanks, Sandra!

Thanks Manuel. Good luck if you give it a shot.
With experience in the food service business, I'm sure you've seen and worked with some real characters.
