Future Fire Publishing has posted an anthology call for "Problem Daughters". They're looking for short stories up to 7500 words. They want "Work of speculative fiction that reflect and celebrate the full range of feminist experience and agency, across the globe and across time." The deadline is March 1, 2017 and payment is 6cents a word. You can find the details here.
UPDATE: I just ran across this interview with Rivqua Rafael, one of the editors of this anthology. It might give you a better idea of what they're looking for.
UPDATE: February 25, 2017 This anthology has been canceled.
