"Enchanted Conversation:  A Fairytale Magazine" has posted their themes for 2017.  Submission periods are every other month starting in January (the 1st to the 30th) with the theme "Steadfast Tin Soldiers".  They want stories of 700 to 3000 words and the payment is $30.  You can find all the details here.
