Solarcide - Open for Submissions
Solarcide has opened submissions to the public for dark fiction of 1000 to 3000 words in any genre including the weird. Payment is a flat rate of $50. You can find the details here. At the top of the page is a tab called special guest where you can find a list of authors and short stories that have already been published to get a feel for what they're looking for.

Thanks! Had a story rejected over a dozen times; in the end it sold to an anthology. It's like the Island of Misfit Toys.
