New Zenith Magazine is a new market seeking short stories in any genre up to 3000 words.  They are both an online and quarterly print publisher.  Payment is $5 for under 250 words and 2cents a word for over 251 words.  They don't say if this is payment for both the online and print or just the print edition so you might want to query about that before submitting.  Some markets don't pay for the online work.  You can find all the details here.
