Crimson Streets - New Market
Crimson Streets is a new online market looking for stories of 800 to 6000 words written in the pulp style of the 1930's and 40's. They are open to all genres except Sci-fi and Westerns. According to their guidelines they're looking for "a darker grittier version of the 1930's and 40's". Payment is 1cent a word. You can find the details here.
