Be nice to see a straight up crime fiction anthology. Apparently speculative stuff has a big market.
Much bigger than the mystery market. The only ones I come across are for SIC or MWA and you have to pay to join in order to submit to those, and of course, the others are non-paying. Dead Gun Press has two of them open currently.
