See the Elephant - New Market

"See the Elephant" is a new online magazine looking for speculative fiction stories of 500 to 5000 words.  The editors have posted some of their own stories so you can get an idea of what they're looking for in a story.  Payment is 6cents a word with a max of $200 and 2cents a word for reprints with a max of $100.  The reading period ends on February 15, submissions are through Submittable.  You can find the details here.
