Raven Internation Publishing - Anthology Call
Raven International Publishing has posted an anthology call for "A Bleak New World". They're looking for stories of 1500 to 4500 words about a dystopian future. The deadline is October 31 and payment is $55. You can find the details here. They also have a second anthology call for "Super Heroic Stories: but there's no mention of payment for that one.
