Anthology Call - Dreams From the Witch House - Female Writers Only
Editor Lynne Jamnek has posted a call for an anthology titled "Dreams From the Witch House" to be published by Dark Regions Press. She is seeking Lovecraftian type fiction from female writers only. Stories should be 2000 to 10,000 words in length. The deadline is January 31, 2015. Payment is 5cents a word for the first 5000 words and 3cents a word after that. You can find the details here.

I hope it's a successful anthology, but it's a little annoying when there's a call for submissions from only a particular gender.
I agree, Manuel, hopefully the trend will tip the other way and everyone will be welcome to submit to all anthologies.
Well, I understand the thinking; even though it's 2014, there's still not a level playing field for female writers. Hopefully that's changing for the better.
