Wicked Words Quarterly is a new Kindle magazine looking for stories in the genres of horror, sci-fi, and fantasy stories with a twist.  They accept flash to 750 words and shorts of 1000 to 7500 words.  Payment is 1cent a word with a max of $150.  If the magazine makes a profit you'll also receive royalties.  Their first issue is already published so you can get an idea of what they're looking for.  You can find the details here.
