East of the Web - Call for Submissions

East of the Web has opened up submissions for short stories in the genres of Mystery, Romance, Horror, Science Fiction, and Children's stories.  I checked out the Mystery call and they need stories of 7000 words and up.  Payment is 5cents a word or an advance plus royalties.  There is a query form to fill out first.  I'm linking to their submission page where you'll find links on the left to each genre's guidelines.
