Penumbra emag - 2013 Themes and Deadlines

Penumbra emag is a spec-fiction zine that has themes for each issue.  They've posted their themes and reading periods for 2013.  There are some very cool themes that should get your creative juices flowing.  They want short stories of 500 to 3500 words and payment is 5cents a word.  Please note that each theme has a specific reading period.  You can find  all the details here
