Flash Fire 500 seems to be back up and running, maybe. The site has published some new stories but according to the submission guidelines they're not accepting new subs. What they are doing is having a contest. Between now and February 13, 2011 you can submit a flash story up to 500 words. The winner receives $100 and will be published on the site.
