Speculative City - Open for Submissions
Speculative City magazine opened submissions for their third issue. They're looking for speculative fiction stories up to 5500 words that take place within a cityscape. The theme for this issue is OCCULT. The deadline is March 25, 2019 and payment is $20 to $75 depending on length. You can find the details here.
