An update on Switchblade: Tech Noir This will be this year's Special Issue (Special Issues are not numbered issues) Cyberpunk. Think Blade Runner, or more appropriately--Altered Carbon. There will be NO FLASH in this issue. Word count max is 6k. Submissions open 3/10 (not before)
