The Arcanist - Open for Submissions
The Arcanist is an online zine looking for fantasy and science fiction (this includes all the sub-genres including horror) flash fiction up to 1000 words. There is no deadline and payment is $50. They use Google Form for their submissions, there's a link in their guidelines. You can find the details here.
