Black Cat Mystery Magazine - Closed to Submissions

According to the Black Cat Mystery Magazine site they've closed submissions early due to a flood of submissions.  They will open again sometime in 2018.

Wow, that was quick. Was still trying to decide what to send them. Oh well, like they say -- maybe next year!
