Gamut - New Market
Gamut magazine opened for submissions today. They are looking for short stories of 500 to 5000 words in all genres including neo-noir, crime, mystery, and thrillers. All stories must have a literary bent. Payment here is 10cents a word for original and 3cents a word for reprints. Submissions are through Submittable and they will only be accepting 300 submissions a month. You can find the details here and there is work already published on the site so you can get a feel for what they're looking for.

I'm not certain exactly when they hit their 300 submission limit this month, but when I checked earlier today they were already closed.
