Flash Fiction Chronicles is open for non-fiction articles of 200 to 1200 words about the craft of writing.  They are especially interested in flash fiction articles.  This is a non-paying market.  You can find the details here.  They have also posted a list of topics that they're interested in.  Submissions are through Submittable.
