Just sold a story for the "Abbreviated Epics" anthology; a short piece that had already been rejected by fifteen other markets. Guess sixteenth time's the charm!
But -- a correction. The rate of 6 cents a word is only for the "lead story". For other stories, the rate is 3 cents a word.
I could have sworn that, when I sent the piece, the submissions page flatly said "6 cents a word", without qualifications. But, it's more likely I didn't read the whole paragraph.
They seemed to have changed the payments to a straight 3cents a word for all stories, Manuel. According to their submissions page they made this change on June 12, but I'm sure I read 6cents when I posted this.
And congratulations on the sale!!!
And yes, in rereading the page, they do pay 6cent for the lead story. I skipped right over it on the first read.
