Mixer Publishing has opened for submissions of short stories in all genres. They no longer pay for online content, only for stories included in their print publications.
You can check them out here. They publish some outstanding stories here. They've also extended the deadline for their sci-fi contest, there is a fee to enter. Submissions are through Submittable.

I would caution against this market. They take forever to get back to writers and their submissions state that they don't want people querying before a year - which is extremely unprofessional. Furthermore, the fact that they have stopped paying for some content means that they are running out of money and will shut down very soon.
I just got into an exchange with one of the editors where I tried to explain that making writers wait a year was very rude and instead of politely disagreeing or taking my advice under advisement, he took umbrage and got on his high horse and completely ignored everything I said in order to tell me that I was being insulting.
Thanks for the information!
