PSTDARKNESS - e-mag call for submissions
PSTDARKNESS is an bi-annual e-mag looking for dark stories that push the boundaries. They're currently open to submissions for Vol. 4 to be published in the Fall of 2013. Stories can be any length up to 3500 words with payment a flat $25 per story. You can check out their guidelines here
